The AFC-746A jdf is a JDF-ready automated B1 system equiped with 6 buckles and 2 cross knives, allowing a wide variety of fold patterns through a combination of 6 parallel buckles, 1st cross knife, 1 buckle under knife and 2nd cross knife. Operation is via a user-friendly, icon-based 10.4” colour touchscreen.

The SPF/FC-200AJDF is fully automated with instant set-ups via the large icon-based color touchscreen for user-friendly operation. The screen is also used for on-the-run fine tune adjustments and store/recall of up to 200 jobs. The fold roller gap changeover is also automated. The error reject tray and hand marrying tray are built-in to produce perfectly finished booklets.

The StitchLiner 5500 operates from the VAC-Turbo 100 (ten stations per tower) or VAC-Turbo 60H (six stations per tower) high speed PowerCollating delivery platforms - each modular to six towers (see collators). The Hybrid StitchLiner offers improved productivity over conventional saddlestitching by completely eliminating the folding process for signatures and better performance compared to stitch/fold/trim lines, since it is a genuine saddlestitcher and the in-line 3-knife trim eliminates pre-trimming. The BQ-270c jdf is a feature-rich fully-automated perfect binder featuring ease-of use and high quality book production. The BQ-270 is designed for single-person operation at up to 500 cycles per hour, featuring an icon-based intelligent touchscreen control console.

The BQ-470jdf provides simple operation through automated set-up and superior quality from the first book to the last. The 10.4 inch color touchscreen maximises ease of operation. The BQ-470 features an interchangeable glue tank, for both EVA and PUR adhesives.

The Horizon CABS Computer Aided Binding Systems integrate either the SB-09jdf or SB-15jdf with the MG-60H 6-hopper gatherers (up to a maximum of 36 stations) and HT-101jdf 3-knife trimmer to create JDF-ready systems capable of 4,000 and 5,200 bph production.

The robotic HT-30 is a one-knife three-side trimmer for books-on-demand. The HT-30 features automated job setups and changeover to enable efficient just-in-time book production. Books are loaded into the in-feed hopper and then are taken into the machine automatically.

The HT-101jdf features automated set-up for different book sizes and high quality precision cutting accuracy. Job changeovers are performed simply and quickly through the icon-based touchscreen and there are very few replacement parts when changing finished book formats.

Paper drilling machine for on-demand paper drilling with any hole pattern at the push of a button especially suitable for digitally printed work. Flexibility with quick set-ups for small runs and frequent change of hole patterns is the main feature of the PB.10 DoD. All common hole patterns - eg for files or for twin wire binding - are stored in the control of the machine and recalled at the touch of a button. Additional individual hole patterns can be added at any time.

High performance paper drilling system for automated paper drilling at up to 1,400 piles per hour - in-line and off-line. Includes automatic push button paper size change and spine margin adjustment via touchscreen. The only manual set-up operation is positioning of the drill heads - so job changeovers are very speedy.
