The Stack 1250 G solution features the Unwind 550, Merger TC 1105 (pinfed) or TC 7105 (pinless) Dual Web Cutter 2×00 (pinfed) or TC 7×00 (pinless) and Stacker TC 1250 G and produces book blocks with offset.
The center-shaft driven Unwind 550 feeds a roll of paper up to 20.5” wide and 52” in diameter into a merger, which slits the web into two to be processed into the Dual Web Cutter TC 2×00 or TC 7×00. The cutter is equipped with two independent channels in order to mix the sequence (left/right) as indicated on the 2D code. The Stacker TC 1250 G builds up to 10” stacks with offset. A printed mark triggers set separation and stack delivery.
