High Speed Sheet / Set Feeding Systems

Horizon's high speed sheet/set feeders are designed for stand-alone feeding of precollated sets (eg digitally printed) into downstream bookletmaking/saddlestitching lines, and/or operating in-line with upstream collators to merge printed sheets from varying sources. Horizon has also developed a range of CCD camera, barcode and intelligent software integrity assurance systems.

27,000 sph advanced suction drum feeder with wheel-in feed trolley and integrated suction cover feed; features include sheet-count & optical mark reader feed modes as standard. The feed train reverses and  inverts the sheets so digital engines can print in standard sequence mode. Optional database software drive, CCD camera checking and bar code verification systems.
