3 Notching Section
The double-pass notching function produces strong book binds. Notching can be easily set ON or OFF from the touchscreen.
4 Glue Tank Section
Uniquely designed glue tank ensures superior glue application to the book spine for quality binding.
5 Nipping Section
Strong nipper mechanism ensures quality book binds. Nipping pressure, nipping height and angle can be adjusted from the touch screen.
6 Cover Section
Perfect binding, tape binding and padding can be performed. Tape width can be adjusted automatically by selecting desired width from the touchscreen.

BQ-160 PUR

Ideal for personalised individual photo book production such as wedding albums and travel albums. Modes include: perfect binding, tape binding and lining binding (for case binding).

The notching cutter is specially designed for PUR glue binding – notching is performed at a very fine pitch roughening.

Optional fume extraction (VS-160): a blower can be equipped for clean and comfortable operation. The extraction hood allows easy arrangement of evacuation at shop floor.

The optional CRB-160 impact creaser can be operated on-line to prepare creased covers (up to 8 lines).
