MakeDürselen
ModelPB.09
Typehigh speed automated drilling system with jogging, stand alone or in-line

specifications

The automated PB.09 joggs and drills

  • piles of loose leafs,
  • piles of perfect bound books,
  • piles of stitched brochures and
  • piles of folded sections

up to 50 mm pile height at an output up to 1,200 piles per hour.

The Dürselen drill belt is used as drilling support. It is the economic and drill bit saving alternative to conventional drill sticks or cardboard strips. The piles are fed in lying position which ensures short jogging cycles and prevents damage even on delicate materials. The PB.09 delivers constant output at high quality. With this machine paper drilling becomes an economic and calculable operation. The machine is suitable for all common file hole patterns, with special multi-spindle drill heads available for narrow spaced hole patterns. It runs as well as a stand-alone-system as in-line with other equipment, such as perfect binders or packing machinery.
