Automatic hot melt section gluing machine
The mitaBlock 450 is a fully automatic hotmelt section gluing machine for the production of lay flat book blocks – especially in oversizes (up to 450mm x 450mm) – perfect for the production of albums, photobooks and promotional books in small quantities. The machine easily handles all substrates like silver halide paper, digital and offset papers.
Special features include:
- Small floor space required
- Equipped with pile feeder for the printed sheets and a separate feeder for cardboards
- Simple to operate and only needs one operator
- Hot melt glue application released by fixed glue roller
- Min. adhesive consumption
- Data input via touchscreen
