Grafcut G80H

The Grafcut G80H is a fully hydraulic, heavy duty, 80cm cutter paper cutter dedicated to single-shift operation, for digital or litho printing houses. It is recommended for operations managing a wide variety of materials.

Apart from larger knife length and cutting depth, compared to its predecessors, the machine has optimized cut and clamp cycle and faster backguage movement.

Fast and smooth production – supported by a hydraulic knife drive, hydraulic pressure drive with pressure adjustment from the touch screen and a fast saddle drive (servo motor) that enables speeds up to 160 mm/s while maintaining high precision.

Operator friendly – empowered by a 10” colour touch screen and the ability to save up to 100 programs and a special simple programme for cutting business cards. LED lighting illuminates the work area, all work tables are durable stainless steel and there is a mechanical foot pedal for preclamping.

Safe operation – enabled by an emergency button on front panel, category 4 safety curtain system, knife upper position control, simultaneous two button cutting cycle activation, safe blade change toolkit covering sharp edge; protective covers of all potentially dangerous areas, back table fully covered, mechanically controlled soft foot pedal for pre-clamping
