The Horizon AF-40 Series – Automated pharmaceutical folder saves setup time and increases productivity.  6 or 8 buckles on first station, 6 on second can be combined; allowing simple to complex fold patterns. A variety of options such as buckles and fold rollers can be selected depending on application.

• Pharmaceutical folds can be set up automatically. Small fold dimensions down to 20mm (0.79”) can also be performed.
• The optional iCE Series bindery control system (that uses cloud technology) can be enhanced with automated workflow from upstream to postpress
